Improve time entry export for Excel

When I currently pull an export (selection = Excel), I still have to edit each one individually so that I find them "nice" enough to send. With 50 - 100 proofs per month, this is quite annoying clicking work. So it would be great if:

• The first line is highlighted in bold (or is otherwise recognizable as a heading)

• Dates are in the format DD.MM.YYYY (and not MM/DD/YYYY as is currently the case)

• The duration is formatted as a number (two decimal places)

• The costs are formatted as a € amount (two decimal places)
