Approve project times in work time approval

We have the situation where, on the one hand, the PMs approve the time entries, which they do in the “Times / Project Time Review” view. However, there are also team leads who check the times logged by their team members to ensure that the correct project was tracked. It would be helpful for the team leads to filter by their own team or to have an alternative view, grouped by team members instead of by projects.
