Add "Plan Remaining Time" in Planner

We need a “Fill Remaining Day” button in the planning, which automatically calculates how much time needs to be added or subtracted to balance the day to ±0. Currently, we do this calculation manually to figure out how much to adjust for other projects.​⬤
